# Introducing Niners Guild

**The Niners Guild** is creating a **decentralized autonomous organization (DAO)** that develops opportunities around play-to-earn games for people who want to earn while helping build the metaverse.  

This is done through our 3Cs strategy: Clan, Coin, and Clash

Clan, which is our platform that hosts scholarship and educational opportunities and everything gamers will need to be competitive and earn in the metaverse. 

Coin, which is where our DAO is built around and where holding the coin unlocks 3 categories: governance, P2E index, and staking & rewards. 

Clash, which is the software development side of the ecosystem, is comprised of our team of developers building out blockchain software for both internal and external users. 

The main guild (NinersDAO) operates across the play-to-earn industry creating smaller organizations (subDAOs) that are game-specific. The NinersDAO holds a large treasury of web3 assets and its goal is to ensure its scaling and longevity. The subDAOs' goals are to generate in-game strategies and maximize the play-to-earn yields through competitive play.
