Niners Guild is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). As such, there's no single entity controlling the decisions of Niners Guild. Anyone that owns the $BNTA token can submit a proposal and vote on proposals, gaining a voice in steering the future of Niners Guild.

Initially, the founding team, investors, and advisors will control the DAO as the primary holders of $BNTA. As additional tokens are released to the community and public, the steering will gradually become more decentralized.

The Niners Guild governance forum will be a place where $BNTA holders can discuss proposals to shape the direction of the DAO. Each token holder can then vote to accept or reject a proposal, where the volume of $BNTA tokens held is the weight of each voter.

With the aim of ensuring the alignment of incentives between our gaming community, investors, contributors and supporters, we are ensuring a widespread distribution of $BNTA tokens through community events such as airdrops, gaming competitions, and more.

Proposal Example

An example proposal could be to hire a specific company to audit the contracts, create a new subDAO for a specific game, or to add a new feature to $BNTA.
